ABOUT
I am honoured to work with individuals and couples as they discover what is holding them back and work towards achieving their goals. I truly believe that no one is too “broken” to deserve love, respect, and empathy and I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their thoughts, build resilience, and create a life they love
I specialize in working with individuals and couples facing challenges such as grief, ADHD, life changes, and relationship hurdles. My approach is all about connections—using attachment-focused therapy and blending techniques from CBT, DBT, Gottman methods, emotion-focused therapy, and narrative therapy.
Before diving into psychology, I spent 25 years in the corporate finance and communications world, where my superpower was building strong, results-driven connections with people. That experience gives me an inside look at the ups and downs people face both at work and in life. With a Master of Counseling (MC) and a background as a financial analyst (CFA), I bring a unique mix of practical problem-solving and genuine compassion.
