Join us in a discussion around creating goals which align with your deep desires, hopes, and values. We will explore the difference between goals and intentions, how and why we change, what gets in the way of achieving your goals, and how to tap into your core values and live the life you desire.
We all eat for many reasons other than nutrition or sustenance. This workshop will help you gain a better understanding of the emotional and psychological influences which impact your eating patterns/habits, and relationship to food. We will explore familial and societal messages around food and eating, what function food serves in your life, how food is used to self-soothe, and alternative coping strategies for emotional wellness.
This experiential workshop will introduce you to the world of mindfulness. We will answer the question “What is Mindfulness and how can it help me?” and have the opportunity to practice various forms of mindfulness including sitting, laying, and walking meditations. Learn how to live mindfully, day-to-day, and moment-to-moment.
